We usually answer within a week. Please write in English; Latvian, Swedish and Spanish are fine too.
What to write to us about
- Corrections. Tell us which article, what is wrong and, if possible, a source. We take these seriously and publish a note when we change something.
- Story ideas. We are always interested in communities, projects and people doing interesting work in virtual worlds, XR or industrial 3D — especially the ones nobody else is writing about.
- Announcements. We rarely cover product launches, but we like to know what is coming.
- Hardware. We do not accept devices in exchange for coverage. If you lend us hardware for testing, it goes back when we are done, and we say so in the article.
What we can’t help with
We are a small editorial team, not a support desk. We cannot help with accounts, purchases or technical problems on any of the platforms or devices we write about — please contact the company concerned directly.
We do not have a contact form, a phone line or an office open to visitors. Email is the best way to reach us. How we handle your message is described in our privacy notice.
